Shipping

Orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed beginning on the next business day.

Orders shipped within the United States are generally delivered within 8-14 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no shipping charges added at checkout or after your order is placed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If your tracking information has not shown any movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@xquishies.com so we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, contact the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not claimed, we may offer to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If you prefer a refund instead, the refund may be reduced by any shipping costs already incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
