How does payment work?
When you hit Pay now we send you to Shopify's encrypted checkout, where you can pay by card and with the methods enabled in your country. We never see or store your card details.
How long does my order take?
We prepare orders in 1-3 business days and currently ship only within the United States — international shipping is coming soon. Shipping is free within the US and delivery usually takes 8-14 business days after processing. Estimates are not guaranteed and can vary with carrier delays.
How does the Mystery Box work?
Each box contains one random squishy, picked at random from our stock. We never reveal the names or photos of what may come out, and we can't guarantee a specific design.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet; once it ships, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
What are the squishies made of?
Soft, slow-rise foam squishies. Exact materials and finishes vary by design. They are not edible and are not recommended for children under 3.
