Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Contact support with your order number and photos of the product and we'll send you return instructions. We don't accept parcels shipped back without prior authorization.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

After we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable unless we made a mistake.

Because it's random by nature, the Mystery Box can't be returned because you didn't like the squishy you got — but it can be returned for damage or manufacturing defects.
